Mangalore: UT Khader, MLA has said that nothing much can be expected from the Jagadish Shettar led government in the state which has just a few months to go, that too with dissidence and differences continuing to rock the party.
He said the party which had dislodged Sadananda Gowda who hails from the district, has not chosen to give any representation to the district in the cabinet, and added this revealed the importance which the party showed towards the district. He also chose to describe the Shettar government as a coalition government of two factions.
Commenting on the tussle for different portfolios, he said the real problem would begin once the portfolios are distributed. He said the people were tired of the BJP and were seeking a change and hoped the Congress would help in regaining supremacy in the state.
He at the same time congratulated Kota Srinivas Poojari, MLC who has been inducted into the state cabinet.
