Udupi: Aatidonji Dina programme was organized at the Uchila  Shree Mahalakshmi Temple premises on July 20,  giving an opportunity to the participants to relish Aati delicacies as well as take part in several folk games and cultural activities. Several women of Bada Uchila, Kaup, Ermal Thenka and Polipu villages  under the egis of Nalkupatna Mogaveera Mahila Okkoota had come together to organize this unique programme. G Shanker, entrepreneur and philanthropist, inuagurted the event.

Kaup taluk panchayath member Shambhavi Kulal presided over the function.

Mogaveera Mahajana Sangha President B Keshava Kunder,  Bennekudru Shreekala Mahashtree Temple Committee president Anand C Kunder  and others were present.

Prizes were also distributed to winners of various contests conducted as part of the celebrations.
