Mangalore: Will the name of the movie ‘Rampa’ by the Namrata Hegde Productions, set to be released in August, changed? Well, if latest reports are of any indications, the name of the film is likely to be changed very soon.

Though the film producer Namratha Hegde has very well clarified that the name of the movie, a   hilarious comedy has nothing to do with any personality living or dead, reports say the family of Rampa or Rampanna, who was a popular personality of Mangalore, has objected alleging that the film by name Rampa was only making a mockery of the personality.

Latest reports say the producer is considering a change of name and is expected to come out with an announcement in the next few days.
