Mangalore: Subhash Padil, the master mind and the prime accused in the Morning Mist attack case has been booked for rioting, assault, abuse, threatening, molestation, dacoity and property damage and is unlikely to get bail for the next three months.

There is a strong feeling that the Morning Mist attack case would not have taken place had the accused in the Amnesia Pub case been punished. Here it is worth mentioning that the mastermind behind this case was out within three months.

Subhash who was initially in the Bhajrangdal later joined the Sri Rama Sene which even ousted him for involving in extortion cases. Eventually, he joined the Hindu Jana Jagarana Vedike. Some residents of Padil say the main reason for the Saturday attack on morning mist was the suspicion that Muslim boys and Hindi girls were partying there.
