Kundapur :An autorickshaw was damaged in an accidental fire in the town on the night of August 6, Monday The incident took place when the auto belonging to Raghavendra Devadiga  was parked in front of Swathi Clinic.

The fire service personnel who rushed to the spot helped in extinguishing the fire. This is however the third mishap which this particular auto has suffered. It had met with two accidents earlier and the owner had spent a substantial amount in repairing the same. Now the driver is at a loss following the third mishap wherein the bottom portion of the vehicle was totally damaged
