Shirur: Oscar Fernandes, MP inaugurated the ambulance service provided   by the Dina  School for Special Education and Rehabilitation on November 15, Thursday.

In his address, Oscar said the services rendered by Syed Abdul Khader Basu through his  institution were commendable.

He also assured to consider the longstanding demand of the people of Shiroor for the construction of a bridge.

Gopal Poojari, former MLA, presided over the function. The keys of the ambulance was handed over to Syed Ibrahim, President of the Shiroor Association by Akhter Ahmed Khan, Administrator of Tauheed English Medium School, Gangolli.

MA Gafur, KPCC Secretary, Dilshad Begum, President of Shiroor Gram Panchayat and others were present.
