Mangalore : Prof.S. Ramanand Shetty, Vice Chancellor of Nitte University, inaugurated the 14th National Conference of the IPA Intensive Care Chapter at the Fr Muller College on November 16, Friday. The theme of the conference is ‘Revive the Child, Renew a Life.”

Speaking on the occasion, he said there were very few hospitals which offer genuine critical care a field which has seen tremendous advancement in developed nations.

Dr Santosh T Soans, the newly elected Chairman of IAP ICC received the Chairman Medallion from outgoing Chairman Dr Rajeev Uttam.

Fr Patrick Rodrigues, Director of Fr Muller Charitable Institutions, Ajai Kumar,  Chairman and Managing Director of Corporation Bank,  Dr Sanjeeva Rai, Organizing Chairman and others were present.
