Mangalore : Zilla Panchayath CEO Dr K N Vijaya Prakash flagged of the Legal Service Authority Legal Literacy Chariot mobile Janatha Court in the premises of the Court Complex on Nov 23, Friday.
The taluk-level legal literacy chariot and mobile Janatha Court is organized by Dakshina Kannada District Legal Service Authority, DK District Administration, D K Zilla Panchayah, Mangalore Bar association, Women and Child Development Corporation, transport department and others.

Principal District and Sessions Judge Ashok Nijagannavar, said that the purpose of the legal chariot is to give legal knowledge to common people.

S. P. Changappa, president of the Mangalore Bar Association, Deputy Commissioner N S Channappa Gowda, Mangalore City Corporation Commissioner Harish Kumar, CWC president Asha Nayak, ACP G V Subramanya and others were present.

The legal chariot and Janatha Court will travel all over Mangalore during the next 4 days.
