Mangalore : It was a musical evening that would be cherished for long. Gaata Rahe Mera Dil, the musical programme organised at Town Hall in Mangalore on November 26, Monday  by Rotary Club of Mangalore Sunrise gave a wonderful experience to the audience. The programme was organised to raise funds to create awareness on cancer and fight the dreaded disease.

Dr Shivashanker Bhat, President of Rotary Club Mangalore Sunrise, Dr B Devadas Rai, Rotary District governor, Assistant Governor Sadashiva Shetty and others were present and explained the purpose of holding the event.

Singers Anitha D’Souza, Srikanth Kamath, Mohammad Haneef and Ranjan Das took the audience to a whole new world with their melodious voice and the popular numbers.

Even the singers donated Rs 8500 for the noble cause for which the concert was organised.
