Mangalore : St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangalore will organize a 2- day National Level Intercollegiate fest ‘Bonne Volonte Cirque, on December 7-8.

Speaking at the press meet held at Press Club on Dec 4, Tuesday, college Principal Sr M Prem D’Souza AC, said that events of the fest will be conducted under the following faculties like Art- Cirque Du Soleil, Science- Cirque Du Ingeniux and Commerce and Business Management- Cirque Du Mammom.

The event will be inaugurated by Sandalwood actor, singer and music director Gurukiran on December 7 at 9 am.

The title of the events is given in French, since St Agnes has also introduced the French language and the students and faculty has also requested for their involvement for the fest.

The various competitions aim to test and enhance the organizing abilities, creativity and team spirit among students, to encapsulate their expertise and help them move beyond the confines of academics. Over fifteen colleges from across the country are expected to take part.

The valedictory programme will be held on December 8 at 4.30 pm. Mrs Nazeera Mohammed, Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax will be the chief guest.
