Mangalore : The report on the drugs menace among students and public in the coastal districts prepared by the Legislative Assembly Petitions Committee, headed by BJP MLA and Deputy Speaker N Yogish Bhat was presented before the Assembly during the Belgaum session on December 10, Monday. The report has blamed the police for failing to crack down the drugs racket resulting in increased use of drugs among school and college students in Mangalore city.
