Mangalore : Kadri police have arrested three more persons in connection with the murder of dreaded gangster Bejai Raja alias Shailesh. The total number of arrests in this case has now gone to seven.

The police had earlier arrested four persons namely Avinash, Nitish, Dikshit Devadiga and Jaison D’Souza in connection with the case.

Bejai Raja was hacked to death at Falnir in Mangalore on December 1 night with lethal weapons. The murder was said to have been an act of revenge to the killing of another notorious underworld don Pandu Pai.

The names of the arrested has not been divulged by the police so far.
