Kasargod: Dr Ravishankar (40), a psychiatrist serving the Kasargod General Hospital and who hailed from Varmudi in Kumbdaje-Yetadka, was found dead near the AUP school in Yetadka on December 28, Friday. He had joined duty in the Hospital just on December 1. As sleeping tablets were found near the body, the suspicion is that by might have taken overdose of tablets in order to end life.

The cause of the extreme step is not known. Investigations are in progress.
