Sullia : Three persons  have been arrested and 300 gms ganja has been seized from them near the junior college here on February 12, Tuesday. The seized ganja is worth Rs 6000. Police have also seized the Maruti WagonR of the accused and three mobile phones.

It is reported that they had brought the ganja from Kasargod and intended to sell it to students.

The accused have been identified as Teerthaprasad (21) from Devarakali House in the town, Irfan alias Naufal (18) from Gandhinagar Kallumutlu here, and Vinod alias Vinu (23).

The arrests were done under the direction of Puttur DySP Sadananda Varnekar.
