Kundapur : A young woman named Saraswathi (20) hailing from Padukone in Nada village has been reported missing since February 22. Saraswathi who is the daughter of Mahabala Poojari had left home  to a nearby shop never to return.

Moreover Mahabala even received a phone call from one Nagaraj the same evening stating he had married Saraswathi. A case has been registered in Gangolli police station.

In yet another case, a women named Flora Mascarenhas (41), wife of Raymond Mascarenhas of Perampalli Acharibettu is missing since February 25. The missing woman is said to be mentally ill.

In the third case, a youth identified as Muzaffar (22), son of Peer Saab of Haveri district, who worked as a labourer in Shirva is reported missing. He is said to be suffering from mental sickness. A case has been registered in Shirva police station.
