Kasargod : Thousands of devotees participated in the five-day  annual Nemotsava of Pilichamundi Raktheshwari and Parivara Daivas at the Enmakaje Taravad house  from March 1 to 5. This Nemotsava has a history dating over four and a half centuries.

The Pilichamundi Daiva Nema was held on March 4 there was Sathyadevatha Korathi Guliga Nemotsava  the same evening.  On March 5 there was Rakteshwari Daiva Nema.

Various cultiural prgrammes like ‘Natya Sammohanam’ by Balakrishna Manjeshwar and flute concert by Mysore Chandan Kumar and bhajan recitals were held as part of the festivities.

The  Daivasthana was reconstructed in 2004 after a fire destroyed the edifice in 1994.
