Mangalore : KJP Secretary Dhananjaya Kumar inaugurating the party’s district office in Mangalore on March 19, Saturday and said that the party would soon have two new entrants. He said senior BJP leaders namely Renukacharya, state excise minister and Murugesh Nirani, Industries minister would be joining the KJP soon.
He said the party has performed well in the recently held ULB polls and added the performance would have been still better had the two leaders joined the party before elections.
On the statement of housing minister Somanna that the KJP leader Yeddyurappa would be requested to rejoin the party, Dhananjaya said the statement need not be given more importance as Somanna has been a migratory who has made his presence in almost all parties.
Dhananjaya said KJP has formed four teams of leaders to tour the state and win the confidence of the people.
Several KJP leaders namely Mariamma Thomas, Dinker, Ravindra Shetty Harekala were present.
