Mangalore  : The DYFI organised a peace march in Mangalore on March 22, Friday to commemorate the death anniversary of the great freedom fighter Bhagat Singh. The procession ended near the DC office.

Speaking on the occasion, DYFI District President Muneer Katipalla said the DYFI members should be inspired by the sacrifices made by Shaheed Bhagat Singh. Regretting the attempts made by political parties to divide society on communal lines, he said the DYFI would strive to build a peaceful society.

HE further said the organization was also opposed the pro-corporate policies of the government.
