Mangalore : There is good news for passengers who want to board an autorickshaw from the Mangalore Central Railway Station. The pre-paid autorickshaw counter here which had stopped functioning about two and a half months ago, has resumed service on March 25, Monday. The counter will be supervised by the Autorickshaw unit of the DK Karnataka Rakshana Vedike with the help of the police and RTO.
With the resumption of services here, Mangalore now has a total of three pre-paid auto counters including the ones at KSRTC bus stand and Kankanady junction railway station.
