Bangalore : The Congress has released its second list of potential candidates and it has become almost certain that UT Khader and Ramanatha Rai will get tickets to contest from Mangalore and Bantwal respectively.

If the first list released by the Congress had  28 names, the second list has the names of over 80 candidates. The list was released after a meeting at Devanahalli resort. The Congress has not yet announced candidates for Mangalore North and Mangalore South constituencies.

The name of Pramod Madhwaraj has been finalized from Udupi. The final list of candidates is to be released in the next few days.
