Kundapur : Kundapur crime branch PSI Revathi and jeep driver Rama sustained serious injuries when the jeep when the jeep they were travelling, hit a stationary lorry near Shastri Park on March 28.

The incident took place when they were returning from Kumbhasi to Kundapur after a official duty.

The incident occured when jeep driver suddenly weared his vehicle to the left to avoid with the managingly approaching vehicle comming from opposite direction. Both were admitted to Chinmayi hospital and condition of Revathi is said to be critical.

A case has been registered in Kundapur police station.
