Mangalore: Any developmental work can be possible only with the support and cooperation from the public said Mayor Rajani Dugganna.
She was speaking at an interactive session with the newly elected office-bearers of Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry held at the Chamber premises in Bunder on September 17, Friday.
She also assured to carry development work without any political bias and thanked the people of Car Street for their cooperation to help the MCC to widen the road.
There is lack of public support in such development works taking place in other parts of the city, she lamented. Further, the appropriate measures are taken to establish public toilets in necessary places.
GG Mohandas Prabhu, newly elected President of KCCI handed over list of public demands to the Mayor on the occasion.
Deputy Mayor Rajendra Kumar, Vice President of KCCI Latha Kini, and Ranganath Kini were among present.
