Shimoga  : Speaking in a press meet at Shimoga  Mr. Ishwarappa, ex state precedent BJP clarified that persons accused of criminal activities can’t be denied tickets but who has been convicted will definitely won’t get BJP ticket for the forth coming assembly election.

The selection of the candidates for the 120 assembly  segments are all ready finalised and rest will be decided on the basis of winning candidates. The full list of the candidates will be out by first week of April and BJP will go to electorate on the basis of party’s performance for the last five years, its organizational capabilities and party manifesto. He is fully confidents that BJP will come to power in the next election and he will definitely win in Shimoga constituency.
