Bantwal : DCC President and Congress candidate from  Bantwal constituency has said that at the outset it seems that  BJP has made its candidate  from Bantwal  Dinesh Naik a  scape goat.

Addressing a party workers convention at BC Road,  Rai said  his fight was not against his opponent but also the RSS leader Kalladka  Prabhaker Bhat.

Referring to the several cases aimed at disturbing the communal harmony of the region,  Rai said the voters will give a befitting reply to the BJP for  all the conspiracies hatched by it.

He said he belonged to Bantwal where he belonged and that he belonged to the people of the town and the party workers. “ I have  not amassed wealth, nor do I have my business. Party workers are my wealth,” Rai said.
