Mangalore : SRK Associates Mangalore inaugurated its newly built Hotel Maya International located at Paramount West Gate, opposite Mangalore Nursing Home on Balmatta Road on September 23, Thursday.
Mayor Rajani Duganna inaugurated Hotel Maya International, while Deputy Mayor Rajendra Kumar and A G Pai, COO, MSEZ inaugurated other outlets.
Hotel Maya International has four dining rooms, where delicious food prepared by expert chefs will be served in a pleasing manner. The hotel’s multi cuisine menu includes North Indian, South Indian, Moghlai, Tandoori, Chinese, and sea food delicacies.
The hotel also includes “City Café,” a vegetarian restaurant and coffee bar serving ethnic Mangalorean dishes on its first floor. “Magus,” a multi cuisine family restaurant and bar, which can seat 270 guests, is located on the 5th floor. “The Outpost,” is a roof garden with open terrace giving a view of the city of Mangalore and is attached to the banquet hall, where mocktail and cocktail parties can be arranged. “Shimmer” is a sports bar with fully high voltage Italian sound system, he informed.
The lodging facilities in the hotel, he said that the hotel has 40 rooms on the second, third, and fourth floors, categorized into single occupancy studio (non A/C), deluxe single occupancy (both A/C and non A/C), deluxe double occupancy (both A/C and non A/C), premium suite (A/C), premium family suite (A/C), along with “Shubha” and “Mangala,” 2 spacious fully furnished penthouses of 2,500sq ft with 3 bedrooms, a hall, and a balcony meant for family stay.
A board room “Harmony” can accommodate 35 delegates at a time and has facilities such as in-house sound system, over-head projector (OHP), and so on. “Prathik,” the banquet hall, situated on the 6th floor has a seating capacity for 250 guests with a ready-to-use stage and in house sound system, he said.
