Mangalore : B Nagaraj Shetty convener of Dakshina Kannada district BJP election campaign committee said that the political parties can continue their campaigning till 5 pm today and hence the workers are repeating the door to door campaign.

Speaking at the press meet held at BJP office on May 3, Friday, he said that BJP government has completed the work and introduced new project in 5 years which was not done by Congress government in so many years.

He also said that Narendra Modi’s speech at Bangalore, Belgaum and Mangalore has helped to evoke knowledge among the people about the BJP’s achievement.

The BJP workers in the district are conducting door to door campaign for 2-3 times, since it is necessary to disseminate the 5 year achievement of BJP to people. Further too, BJP will gain victory and rule for 5 years.

He said that on May 8, when the election result will be out people will be shocked to see BJP winning in all the constituencies. He urged every voter to franchise their votes and contribute to BJP’s victory.

Commenting on Former MLA Vijaykumar Shetty’s statement on Vented Dam, MLC Monappa Bhandary said that Vented dam work is going on and the will complete in 2014. He is misleading the people with his habit of giving false statement.

He also said that Former Union Minister B Janardhana Poojary had challenged to stop Modi’s visit in city, but after Modi came, he is telling that he is happy. He is double standard and do not have hold on his tongue. BJP do not accept the challenge given by the person who speaks different at different situation.

Poojary had commented on BJP saying BJP in fear to defeat are inviting Chief Minister’s of other state, then who is Manmohan Singh, Oomen Chandy, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi who came to city.

Bhandary said that Congress is doing caste politics but BJP gives importance only to the candidates.
