Belthangady : Sabitha Monis hailing from Gardadi in Padangady had the indelible ink mark  of exercising her franchise  on her toe, instead of the left finger ring.

There is every reason behind it, Sabitha who works in Alva’s college , Moodbidri  is bereft of her hands. Still she arrived at a local polling station, exercised her franchise and then the officials marked the indelible ink on her toes.

She surely has set an example to many more youngsters who have refrained from voting despite  being physically fit.
