Udupi : One Dinesh PL (44) hailing from Padubidri has lost his life in a road accident involving a KSRTC Volvo bus and a truck at Tamil Nadu on May 16, Thursday. The mishap occurred when Dinesh was on way to Bangalore from Chennai.

The accident occurred at Vaniambadi between Chennai and Bangalore. The  deceased who was the son of Lakshminarayana Rao and Padma of Padubidri was the Deputy Manager in Metcut  Toolings Pvt Ltd Hubli. He is survived by his parents, wife and two daughters.

The accident had claimed a total of five lives.
