Mangalore : Senior Congress leader B Janardhana Poojary said that Congress inducted the corruption free ministers in the CM’s cabinet.
Addressing the press meet held at Press Club on My 18, Saturday, he said that Chief minister Siddaramaiah is working hard to fulfill the assurance given to the people in the manifesto through not appointing the Ministers in the cabinet having the legal cases. Out of the 28 members inducted by CM are not having any cases of corruption as per the orders of Congress High Command.
Poojary said that Congress High command as passed the message to all the congress Ministers including Chief Minister to keep them away from corruption cases to remain in their posts. The command has also warned the ministers to not show any mercy for their mistakes.
He urged the CM to give fair governance to the state, in order to respect people’s trust. The Minister of undivided DK must work for the development of Mangalore and transform it into a model city.
Now the State and Central government is in the hands of Congress and have an opportunity to bring out their ability to change the situation of the state and fulfill the assurance given to the public.
People’s expectation from congress is very high and congress ministers must work from the present day to meet their expectations or people will lose trust in us and will treat us in a similar way they treated BJP, he added.
