Mangalore :   BJP Mahila Morcha has urged the government to arrest the  accused in the Manipal student gang rape case at the earliest.

Sulochana Bhat,State Vice President of the Mahila Morcha,  who spoke to reporters here, said  the serious crime took place just 24 hours  after Home Minister KJ George’s maiden visit to Udupi.  She said the police need to expedite probe and arrest the culprits at the earliest so that justice is done.

She also stressed the need for fast track courts to try such cases.
