Mangalore : A 33-year-old man identified as Muhammad Khalid from Sasthana-Gundmi in Udupi district went missing as he left from Sasthana-Gundmi in Udupi district to Mangalore International Airport on April 17 at 5.30 am.

It is learnt that Khalid was supposed to board a Dubai bound flight, but neither reached Dubai nor returned back home, said his younger brother Masood in a complaint lodged at Bajpe police station.

Although the airport authorities had provided the accommodation arrangements in Mangalore, since the flight to Dubai was cancelled at last minutes, Khalid remained untraceable.

The police are searching for Khalid, who is 5.5 inches in height with medium built and wheatish complexion, round face and knows Kannada, Tulu and Hindi.

He was seen in black shirt with full sleeves, jeans pant and purples shoes when he left home.
