Mangaluru : A bridge connecting to BC Road and Kuppepadavu of Palguni river at Mularapatna is crushed under water due to heavy rain on Monday evening.

The 45 years old bridge diluted as continuously rain since three days.

A bus named Seagul just passed on bridge  from Mularapatna to Surathkal  two minutes before of the incident happened.

Total 8 buses daily flying on this bridge.

The villagers several times submitted memorandum to PWD department to repair this bridge.
