Belmann (Karkala taluk): Ajith Rocky Serrao around 30 is devout Christian and no less a devotee of Shabarimalai Ayyappa, whose temple he has visited in the last 8 years and he is preparing to depart for the Shabarimalai pooja for the ninth time this year.

He has never neglected his Christian prayers and devotees by his family being one of the twins borne to his father William Serrao he has been brought up among Hindu neighbors and locality and when it was time for him to know about Ayyappa he went on a journey to Shabarimalai.

In 2015 he hopes to become a Guru Swami among the Ayyappa devotees.
