Mangalore : Few Students of Academy of Career Guidance, was gathered in front of the institute at Kulshekhar on Tuesday, alleging that the institute had cheated for several students promising jobs in the end of their educational courses.
The Academy of Career Guidance had collected highly fees from Rs 30,000 and Rs 1.2 lakhs from the students.
Academy of Career Guidance Incorporation located near Bikarnakatte and its chairman Santosh Kumar refused to pay back their money. He promised jobs including clerical and technical jobs in the Army. Students several times approached him to asking for jobs more than the last eight months, but jobs or money the did ‘not get yet.
Samata Sainika Samiti, Hassan. Dalit Sangharsha Samiti staged protest in front of the institute and questioned to the chairman over the issue. S.P.Dayananda of Dalith Samiti has alleged that the Trust Chairman declined and also made an attempt to attack he said.
Kadri police inspector Raghav Padil and SI Madan Kumar arrived to the spot.
A case has been registered against the institute at Kadri police station.
