Mangalore : A group of four attacked a rowdy sheeter to death in a broad daylight at Kadri on May 9, Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Mudipu Anish, was attacked by four persons who came in a bike.

According to the eyewitness, Anish was said to be standing at the Kadri park entrance near an Innova car, when he was attacked by four people with a machetes and knives. But when one of Anish’s friend tried to stop them, they threatened to move back and fled from the scene.

Anish, who is said to be an accused in several criminal cases was rushed to AJ Hospital after the attack, where he breathed his last.
A case has been registered at Kadri police station.
