Mangalore : One Shashikala  from Neermarga  has been arrested by Bantwal Police near BC road on charges of snatching gold chains from children’s in wedding parties.

She is a habitual thief who steals gold ornaments from children’s who are attending marriage parties. Police seized gold chains worth 1.5 Lakhs which she sold to different jewelers.

She is an absconder with four cases pending against her. Police raided a hotel near BC road and arrested her Based on the video footage of one of the marriage parties she attended for the purpose of stealing.
