Mangalore: City advocate Y. Shenoy, Nayana Pai (a lawyer) and a female member from the bereaved family of a victim of May 22, 2011 air tragedy in Bajpe, have come together to file a case demanding action against all those responsibly fro the Air India Boeing mishap an year ago.

The new criminal case is filed under Cr. PC provisions of Section 200, not on compensation dues, but on circumstances and actors responsible for the ghastly tragedy on a fine morning.
Ten respondents including Airport Authority, Air India, DGCA and other are called into speak.
The PIL case-fighters have obtained full information on the happenings by RTI procedures under an Act.
The plaint intends to submit the records he has the court enquiry. It demands Panambur police to file a criminal case on air crash.
