Mangaluru: A second year nursing student of the Indira Education Trust, committed suicide in her paying guest accommodation behind the city corporation building at Lalbagh Thursday, November 06.

The decided student has been identified as Bhutan resident  Dechzandgma (20). The incident took place at 10 am, She hanged herself on a hook at the ceiling of her residence, when she was alone.

After finding her hanging position, her friends immediately called to the police.

It is said that, she was suffering from bouts of depression of late.

ASI Nagesh visited the spot. A case has been registered in the Barke police station.
