Mangalore : A petty shop near Mangalore Regional Transport Office(RTO) gutted on Monday, Jan 27th 12.45noon.

It is learnt that, sweepers set fire on the dried leaves near to the shop. Apparently some cable wires were nearby the fire Hurled within no time and gutted the nearby petty shop.

Shoes and Umbrellas repairs were done at the petty shop. The loss is estimated to be ten thousand rupees.

The cause of the incident, Pandeshwara telephone lines were fallen dead.

Shivappa Gowda and other Fire brigade of Pandeshwara Fire Station rushed to the spot and fire was brought under control.
