Mangalore : A murder accused Ijja alias Ijaz (24) of Kannur brutally murdered by a gang of six unidentified assailants in a broad daylight here on Friday, October 31 at Kannur Adyar.

Sources said, Ijja alias Ijaz son of Ismail  resident of Adyar who visited a Hair Dressers saloon for shaving, the gang sudden rushed into the salon and started attacking Ijaz, he bled profusely and lost his life on spot.

Ijaz’s was one of the accused in murder of Puthu Monu, Adyar, who was killed in 2012. Total 19 accused involved in Puthu Monu murder case.

Kankanady Rural Police is conducting investigations.

Mangalore Police Commissioner R Hithendra and other police officers visited the spot.
