Bantwal : A unique programme Aatidonji Koota was organized at a school in Bantwal by the Education Department for the very first time on August 12, Monday. State Minister for Forest Ramanatha Rai inaugurated the programme held under the aegis of Public education Department, Government High School Ajjibettu and Government Lower Primary School B Mooda village.
In his address, Rai welcomed the initiative of the Education Department which enlightens students on the significance of the month of Aati.
Vasanthi Poojarthi Kottinja, Vice President of the Ajjibetttu SDMC presided over the function. Tukaram Poojari, President of Rani Abbakka Tulu Baduku Adhyayana Kendra, Councilor B Mohan, Abdul Latif, Mangalor corporator, Sheshashayana, Education officer and others were present.
