Mangaluru: MLA Abhayachandra Jain has decided to make way for Mithun Rai by giving up the chance to fight the next assembly election for the fifth time in a row.

Abhayachandra, who is happy about developmental works conducted during his four and half years term, is inclined to leave the seat if youth Congress is given a chance to fight the upcoming election. He said he is not seeking ticket for his own family member but vouch for a candidate from the youth congress.

Jain also said that as a sincere party worker, he is prepared to leave the seat if youth Congress gets a chance to fight the election. He also told that those who succeed in getting support from party workers from the constituency will succeed in the election.
