Mangalore: N.B. Abubakar, new chairman, of Karnataka Minorities development Corporation (KMDC), in a press meet held on Tuesday- Jan. 31 in city, came to the rescues of RSS leader Dr. Kalladka Prabhakar Bhat who also guides ruling party affairs at times, by telling irate Muslims in DK direct and the opposition parties, who turned water filled hose pipes on him the other day, for his alleged fairy and provocative speech made in Sunday at a samajotsava for Hindus, in Uppinangadi directed against Muslims and christens only, among minorities in India.
Lashing out at congress and JD –S leaders who were barking like dogs when the Hindu palanquin procession moved on streets, Abubakar told the barkers that BJP: “Provided Rs 397 crores as grants” in 2011-12 to the Muslim (127.) Xian (2.5%) minorities which neither congress in all its-50 years of rule and JD-s in is 2 years of state administration, had matched anytime anywhere.
He added as a reminder that previous C and JD-S governments had given only Rs30.35 crores in 60 years earlier.
That should give a lie to their uneasy outbursts on “fairy speeches” in Uppinangady.
The opposition parties should not take up religious issue in politics, when elections are hovering ever them.
Abubakar printed out that many communal clashes had taken place in congress times, and they are under police control now. But Prabhakar Bhat did not speak provocatively, but definitely against cow slaughter, love jihad, Proselytisation by missionaries, and attacks on Hindus by groups of Muslims/Christians.
It is a simmick played by congress, CPI (M), JD-S and other lowly opposers of BJP rule in state, on the way to progressive growth of state. N.B. Abubakar called for an appeal to be made to Governor and CM to with draw the FIR registered against Dr.K.P. Bhat.
He arks Muslims not to fall a prey to the divisive tacties employee by congress and other parties that hated BJP as Communal.
Dr. Bhat made no Provocative statement, but strengthened Hindu zeal to face the daily problems on social level by a string mind, and social unity, the KMDC chairman explained. KBSA chairman Rahim uchil was present.
