Mangalore: ABVP activists have been accused of assaulting a student of the  Sri Narayana Guru PU College in Mangalore. The victim student Santosh D’Souza who is also an SFI activist, has lodged a complaint with the Mangalore North police alleging that 15 students of his own college including Akash and Guruprasad had attacked  him at the college campus and canteen. He said  all of them belonged to the ABVP.

It is learnt Santosh was attacked as he distributed pamphlets to students regarding a programme organised by SFI  in connection with Swami Vivekananda’s birthday at St Aloysius College. It is  said the ABVP activists had then warned students against attending the function.
