Mangalore : The ABVP celebrated Vijayotsav or victory  over terror following the hanging of Ajmal Kasab, the accused in the Mumbai terror attack case.

Addressing  the participants, Ramesh, State Secretary of ABVP said  said the hanging of Kasab could be considered a victory over terrorism and said the President had done the right thing by turning down the amnesty plea of Kasab.

Several ABVP members took part in the programme and shouted slogans against terrorists while also praising the government for hanging Kasab.
