Mangalore: ABVP organised Signature collection campaign as part of seeking CBI probe in Sowjanya case and COD investigation in Akshatha death case of 4th day protest on Saturday, October 26 at Besant circle.

Hundreds of students participated in the signature collection campaign. Campaign was installed to spread the awareness on sexual violence, rape, murder in the society.

ABVP demanded the state government should take strict action in this case and should punish the culprits,

Mahipal B.K, organising secretary, Yathish Kumar P, district assistant convener, Chethan, secretary, Shyam, Agneya Chakravarthi, Harshith, Deekayya, Sachin, Rakshitha, Anushya and others were present.

 CPI  launched Postcard campaign

Dakshina Kannada and Udupi district committee of Communist Party of India (CPI), also  launched a postcard campaign seeking CBI probe into the  Soujanya rape and murder case.
