Mangalore : The prime accused in spreading concern and consternation among coastal people over a sex CD involving a college girl student, in the name of Puttur Mallige, and making money through spreading the CD by mobile calls and phone on hand, has been finally arrested by the local police.
Riheez, the detained student of the same college, out of a perverted romatic mind, used to sent SMS calls everyday to Sruthi  on his mobile and harass her to meet him here or there. Sruthi did not bother about his indecent calls. The mischievous boy then thought of making a sex CD using her name to blackmail her, which amounted to ragging her. The police have taken down his confessional statement that he was responsible for testing her patience under sections 205 (obscene film sending) and 509 (outraging the modesty of a young woman) have been tagged on to Riheez now. The police have produced him before a court, but the judge has given him bailment. St. Philomena College of Puttur where Sruthi is a first year BBM student has earned a bad name in this episode.
