Udupi: Sensational Bhaskar Shetty murder case accused will be produced before the court on Wednesday. Slain Bhaskar’s wife Rajeshwari, son Navneet, astrologer Niranjan Bhat, Shrinivas Bhat and Raghavendra’s judicial custody ends today.

Rajeshwari will be brought from Mangaluru sub-jail and others from Hiriyadka sub-jail. Police have also submitted an application to subject Bhaskar’s mother GUlabi Shetty to the DNA test to confirm the bones available are of Bhaskar Shetty’s bones.

Bail plea of Shrinivas Bhat and Raghvendra who were held for destructing the evidences will be taken to consideration today itself.

A case under IPC Section 201 has been registered against Shrinivas Bhat and Raghavendra. This is a bail able section, but as per the present status of the case the court may reject the bail plea of these two.

Moreover, Rajeshwari is giving misleading statements since the initial stage of the investigation. Many statements given by the accused doesn’t match with others statement.

Police sources have said that CID DIG Sonia Narang has charged on polices’, because of the mistakes done in the investigation process. It is said that Narang will stay in Udupi on Wednesday also, as the accused are going to produce before the court.
