Mangalore : Air India Express which had reduced several services in the recent past, has decided to normalize the Gulf flight schedule from next week.
It may be recalled here that several Gulf bound flights from Mangalore had been stopped owing the pilots strike.
However, following the withdrawal of the strike by pilots, Air India had initiated action necessary for the restoration of normal operations on its domestic sectors and flights to neighbouring countries.
A press communiqué from the Air India Office in Mangalore said almost all the cancelled flights would be restarting from September 17, Monday. It said there will be 10 flights between Mangalore and Dubai, three between Mangalore-Abu Dhabi-Muscat and three between Mangalore –Kuwait and one between Mangalore-Doha and Mangalore-Bahrain.
