Mangaluru: Founder of Manjanadi Al Madina Islamic Complex, Al Haj PM Abbas Musliyar died on Monday after brief illness. He was 73.

Al Haj PM Abbas Musliyar was a noted scholar and Sunni Muslim leader or Karnataka and North Kerala.

His funeral rites will be held on Tuesday morning at Al Madeena Masjid here in Manjanady of Mangaluru, informed sources.

Al-Madeena Islamic Complex, established on 17 March 1994. It has 500 students including orphans studying Quran, Hadith, Arts, Science and Technology under different institutes.
